NLMG is a minimalist arcade game by Utopia Applications LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use the game on iOS and Android.

Summary

  • We use advertising networks (AdMob and Unity Ads). Ads may be personalized only when consent is provided where required.
  • We use anonymous analytics via TelemetryDeck to improve gameplay.
  • We use Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for leaderboards.

What data we collect

We do not collect names, emails, or account logins for the game itself. The game may process:

  • Device identifiers used by ad networks (e.g., advertising ID, IP address, coarse location).
    These are handled by AdMob/Unity Ads under their own policies.
  • Anonymous analytics events (for example: game loss count, score/time).
    These are sent to TelemetryDeck without personal identifiers.
  • Game services data (leaderboards and achievements) via Game Center and Google Play Games.

Advertising & consent

We show ads through Google AdMob and Unity Ads.

Where required by law (e.g., EEA/UK, some US states), we show a consent form and respect your choice.
Where consent is not required, ads may be personalized by default.
If consent is denied, we show non‑personalized ads.

You can change or reset your ad consent in Settings inside the game.

Analytics

We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., number of losses, scores).
TelemetryDeck is designed to be privacy‑first and does not use advertising identifiers.

In‑app purchases

You can remove ads with a one‑time in‑app purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment details.

Children’s privacy

NLMG is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it if possible.

Your choices

  • Disable ads by purchasing Remove Ads.
  • Manage or reset ad consent inside the game.
  • On iOS, you can manage tracking permissions via system settings (ATT).
