These Terms of Use govern your use of the NLMG game by Utopia Applications LLC.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing NLMG, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the game for personal entertainment.

3. In‑app purchases

NLMG offers a one‑time purchase to remove ads. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to their policies.

4. Ads

The game displays ads via AdMob and Unity Ads. Ad personalization depends on consent where required by law. You can manage consent in the game settings.

5. Game services

Leaderboards are provided by Apple Game Center and Google Play Games. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the game.
Use the game for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utopia Applications LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
